Hi .. I am searching for alternatives to variant annotation in bacteria. Specifically, add functional score to variants (Similar to SIFT or Polyphen).

i have several VCF files to be anotated. However, the number of tools for bacteria seems to be limited or difficult to use (tried SIFT4g). SnpEff works nicely but does not give scores to determine a variant as Moderate, low/high impact. Is there any annovar-like for bacterial organisms?

Which other tools can be usable for this task?. Tanks a lot in advance
