Structural variants call from circular genome
Hi, My apology for the basic question. I have done de novo assembly of the bacterial genome with Nanopore reads using canu. But canu doesn't recognize origin of replication during assembly. So, there is some variation in the sequence arrangement in the assembled genome compared to reference genome. Do we need to circularize the bacterial genome assembly before calling structural variants? Thanks
