I have a matrix of two tests of multiple subjects. Im looking to generate an ICC plot for it in R. While I was able to do this using the icc() function from the package eRM the plotICC() function in that has been a bit difficult to wrap my head around, as it doesn't take as input the matrix of data you start with. Is there a good package for the most current version of R that will generate an ICC plot directly from the subject/test starting data (provided of course you give it the parameters of the ICC analysis)?
