How to get a screeplot of surrogate variables from sva()
Hello, I am looking to generate a screeplot of my surrogate variables generated by the function svaseq(), however the sva package no longer provides a screeplot. I was wondering if anyone had used a workaround to generate a screeplot of their surrogate variables. I am aware there are other ways of presenting the data but my colleague is specifically interested in seeing a screeplot. Any help would be appreciated.
