Is there any method to compare t-SNE plot drawn by same samples and different standard?
Hi, I'm dealing with Methylation array data.
I made two t-SNE plots using 10000 probes beta value and 757 probes beta value.
and they look like very similar I think.

So, I'm trying to vaildate they are similar by statistical value.
Is there any method to validate these plot..?
