Synteny map files for human and mouse for GRCh37

I'm looking for the same information (but for all chromosomes and for GRCh37) as in the following link but in files (CSV, TSV, it doesn't really matter).

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/homology/maps/mouse/chr5/

I can find the correct information for for "Human Build: Annotation Release 107" (GRCh38.p2) in the link below but not for GRCh37. Maybe if there is historical data I might e able to find the same info for GRCh37?
