Working With Human Genome Assembly

Hi, I am currently new to the field of bioinformatics. I want to work on Human Genome Assembly GRCh37 on the linke below:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/genome/assembly/grc/human/

but, I don't know which part should be downloaded as the data. should I download one of these links: GRCh37 (latest major release): FTP GRCh37 Patch Release 13 (latest minor release): FTP Information on regions under review: FTP Annotated clone assembly problems: FTP

or I should get each chromosome in the link : http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/GCF_000001405.25/

Which one is correct?

Thanks

IMHO, you should download the version packaged in the GATK bundle ( http://gatkforums.broadinstitute.org/discussion/1213/what-s-in-the-resource-bundle-and-how-can-i-get-it ) because all your downstream analysis will compatible with the GATK pipeline http://www.broadinstitute.org/gatk/guide/topic?name=best-practices
