Unable to download new organisms in ClueGO (cytoscape)

I have previously used ClueGO within cytoscape with success. However yesterday I tried to use it again and I was unable to download new organisms by clicking the "dog footprint", so I only can access to Homo sapiens and mouse organisms. When I click the dog footprint the software keeps thinking and says "Error while downloading new files! Your internet connection is down. Please connect to the internet to use the downoad options!". I have internet connection and I have even disabled the firewall, but I am unable to download any other organisms. I have updated to cytoscape version 3.8.2 and cluego 2.7.

Any piece of advise would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your problem. The best bet would be to contact the authors of ClueGO directly -- in general they are extremely responsive. Look for the "E-Mail" link on the app store page for ClueGO.
