Error message in Cytoscape (ClueGO)

Please how do I clear the error message that keeps popping up when I want to run functional annotation on my ClueGO on cytoscape the error message says "unexpected end of ZLIB input stream"

I am still new in cytoscape please.

Without more information, my first guess would be that Cytoscape is trying to read a corrupted zip file. When the message appears should give you a clue to which file may be the issue. For example if this happens when you start the plugin then may be the plugin file is corrupted and if so, try to replace it.

thank you. I have been able to sort it out. I deleted the CLUEGO app and file entirely and re-installed it again

Are you trying to install ClueGO? If so, there have been some reports of issues installing apps that appear to have been resolved. Can you give the installation another try?
