Is there any specific reason to consider comutation analysis, regarding sars2 mutations?
Hi. I was wondering, is there any specific reason to consider "co-mutation analysis", when working on SARS-CoV-2 mutations? There has been several articles which research on "co-mutations". Co-mutations, for my understanding, is the frequency of the mutation pairs which always co-occurs.
