hi everyone. ill be brief, does anyone know if when i use this tool

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/tools/primer-blast/

the given primers are "ready to use" or if i have to "convert them" because this tools send me the reverse, complement, or reverse-complement sequence of the primer?

Always BLAT your sequences on the genome browser to ensure that these primers only bind to your target. But these should be ready to use
