i am using blast+ to make db, but i one error
command line:

error:

Error: mdb_env_open: Cannot allocate memory
You appear to have posted an incomplete command in your original post. I assume the last option is
-parse_seqid. How much memory do you have on your machine and what is the size of the file you are working with. At first glance it appears that you do not have enough memory available.
