It seems that the SparCC repository does not work anymore: https://bitbucket.org/yonatanf/sparcc/downloads/
Does anyone have a link with the SparCC python sricpts?

Hi,
I do not have the SparCC scripts. You may need to contact the authors of the tool.
I think there is a fast version of SparCC: https://github.com/shafferm/fast_sparCC
There is also an implementation in R within the SpiecEasi R package: https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/SpiecEasi/versions/1.0.7/topics/sparcc

fast_sparCC was extremely painful to install. So if someone is having problems with fast_sparCC installation you can try with fastspar: https://github.com/scwatts/fastspar
