Just want to ask if anyone have experience in installing the GenePattern? Seems the online module repository is down. And I don't know where to find the downloadable zip files. Can anyone provide the link?

You should be able to resolve the problem with installing modules from url by making some hard-coding changes to the following file: GenePatternServer/genepattern.properties
Replace all occurences of www.broadinstitute.org with software.broadinstitute.org
GenePattern core development team relocated physically and also changed (and broke!) some of their web url locations. This is not (yet) documented anywhere. There should be a corrective PR coming up soon on their github repo.

The software download page for GenePattern is available. You must be experiencing some local restrictions on accessing the page.

Looking at the GenePattern install instructions it may mean that the computer you installed GenePattern on is not allowed to directly connect/download software from network.
