Hello, I am new to cytoscape and i have a gene list and the expression data of all those gene across different samples. I made a network in from genelist in genemania. After that imported the expression data using import panel in genemania. Then i am not able to merge this imported data to the network formed and how to analyse that which gene are upregulated and which are downregulated.
