what is the difference between gene regularity network and metabolic network?
Hi,
I know my question for you sounds stupid, but I do not know which one is a general network? and what is the difference? because in some metabolic networks genes are considered as metabolites. But in general, I do not know the difference?

I think looking up central dogma of molecular biology and figure 1 from this paper will be a good starting point regarding your question about the difference between the two networks. I'm not sure what you mean by a 'general network'.
