build a metabolic pathway by list of genes
hello every one
i have some question about gene pathway(network) builder tools . my question is :
a) Which program or tools is suitable for metabolic pathway analysis of a list of genes in plant (not human)??is there any program do it ?
b) is IPA (Ingenuity Pathway Analysis) take a list of gene and give methabolic pathway(for plant genes)?? c) Which program or webtools is the best for metabolic pathway analysis?
