Hello I have list of genes for this genes I have to find the gene function and pathway in a network I have tried some tools like cytoscape plugins such as cluego , string etc not able produce plot can any one suggest me easy way to produce this kind of analysis i have read many threads from biostar did not resolve my issue. don't want to do the enrichment analysis because I have very few genes(77) if one gene function is present and GO or in pathway i needed function terms in network
