Cluego network containing high-Pvalue terms; showing genes

Hello,

I have run an analysis in Cluego+Cluepedia with thousands of genes. I made sure that in CluePedia options, I selected 1000 Genes per term visualization threshold. I would like to extract the 20 pathway terms with the smallest P-value and show the genes associated with those terms for a figure. I can 'show all genes' for the original network of thousands of genes, but once I 'make a new network' with the selected smallest P-value terms, I can no longer visualize the associated genes. Can someone advise me?

Or maybe there is another Cluego plugin which would be more suitable for this problem?
