miRNA target IDs to gene names
hi I am new to bioinformatics and I am analyzing wheat microRNA sequencing data, the company have done some standard analysis for me but not enough. I have got the targets of the miRNAs in the form of TraesCS1B01G351600.3, etc.and the targets have been given gene ontology too. I am interested in finding the target gene names specifically as of now using online services. I have tried using biomart, but got no results. plz help.
