CNV Detection from NGS Data
Hie I am new to the NGS field. I am working on CNV detection by Read Depth method. I have normalized my data. I also fitted my data Poisson distribution. But, I am unable to correlate both.
After normalizing the data I just need to check whether my data fit the Poisson distribution or not or do I need to do something more with the Poisson distribution. Thanks in advance for your help.
