Hie all .I need to download data from Base space in command line. Since, I am new to this field I am unable to download the files. It would be great help if anyone could provide me the script to download the files. Regards, Bandana

  1. Install BaseSpace Visit the link https://basemount.basespace.illumina.com/ and follow the instruction to install

  2. After successful installation, mount the basespace

    basemount basespace

  3. Navigate to basespace mount folder and copy your data

I did as said above but it says I donot have the permission to unzip the files which are the zipped files.I need some guidance here. Regards, Bandana

It means that you do not have write permission.
