List of good CNV detection methods?
Recently I am working on developing CNV detection method on NGS data. I know there are different types of data, e.g. WGS based on hybrid capture, sWGS, amplicon-based WGS (RealSeq), etc. . I am wondering the universal algorithm(like HMM and CBS) maybe exist despite different kinds of data. Are there some papers worth reading for understanding good CNV detection methods?
