Hi! I wish to download the RNASeq/scRNAseq data for human brain from human proteome atlas however, I can't find any link on atlas page. Can anyone help me in this regard?

If you mean Human Protein Atlas and depending on what you want to do with the data, you might find useful downloads here: https://www.proteinatlas.org/about/download
However, these are mostly summaries. On RNA level, Protein Atlas aggregates data from at least 3 sources: HPA itself, GTEx and FANTOM5. HPA raw RNA-seq data should be here according to the website: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/experiments/E-MTAB-1733/
It could also be useful to download gene lists from Protein Atlas found to be associated with a specific tissue type, possibly by exploring a link like the one below. This could be an option rather than trying to directly compare your data to the raw data which is rarely straightforward. https://www.proteinatlas.org/humanproteome/brain/human+brain#regional_expression_within_the_brain
