4C-seq is not a super common technique, but there are packages to analyze data for example at Bioconductor. Do you have some R background? I know it becomes increasingly popular to use ready-to-use solutions such as Galaxy, but I still encourage users to learn some programming and really look at the data first hand rather than applying black-boxed solutions.
Thank you. I don't have R background and I am currently studying hard. Now, I want to conduct data analysis as soon as possible. I know the Galaxy website and have tried to use it for data analysis. However, there is no 4C-seq analysis software package on the Galaxy website.
