Problem in analyzing VMir

Hi, I have problems in analyzing data in VMir analyzer. I have uploaded data in .txt or .RTF format. But After pressing the Go button, I received the message "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". Could anyone help me in in this issue? Thanking you, Eashita.
