Cannot Import expression data in PathVisio
I want to use PathVisio to import my Agilent micro-array data on a pathway. I opened my pathway (WP382) using wikipathway plugins. I prepared my expression data using PathVisio Tutorial-2 (Analyzing experimental data in PathVisio). But when I imported my expression data in PathVisio, I received this message:
41000 rows of data were imported succesfully. 41000 identifiers were not recognized!!!
It seems that the probeset identifiers I’m using are not recognized by the identifier mapping database (Hs_Derby_Ensembl_85).
Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
