Little Help required here, running VMir

I downloaded VMir for the hairpin predictions along with the required microsoft .NET v4.0. VMir analyzer opens up, accepts my file (as a test, i gave 9kb file initially, in .fa as well as .txt format).

It gets the file but just as I press the "Go" button, VMir analyzer stops working stating that a problem is caused by the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Kindly help me here!
