The example vignette just incudes an R data object, not an actual text data frame that allows me to see what format the input file needs to be in. It seems completely hidden how to actually format the output of GO for this tool.
How can I plot gene ontology results using GOPlot package?
Dear All,
I have gene ontology results, produced using goana in R, I want to plot these results using the GOPlot package, which comes with a predetermined EC file and I can not enter my data, how can I use GOPlot to plot gene ontology results?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

A good place to start is the vignette: https://wencke.github.io/
Go through the vignette once, in its entirety, so that you can learn about the input data formats, and then apply this new knowledge to your own data.
