Hi All,

I am trying to do miRNA_network analysis with clueGO but I get stuck when loading in my miRNAs, and I must be doing something very basic wrong.

So I followed this tutorial: http://www.ici.upmc.fr/cluego/ClueGO_CluePedia_mirna_analysis.pdf

when I get to slide 3 I get a pop-up message saying: no genes selected! Are their networks that I have to load in prior to using the clueGo tool?
