Homology modelling Swiss PDB Viewer error

Hi, I'm using the Swiss PDB Viewer to create a homology model for our protein. I'm following the step-by-step tutorial found on their website https://spdbv.vital-it.ch/modeling_tut.html and I've hit an error I hope someone knows how to fix it. After submitting a template search request against ExPDB for the current layer, I get the message saying my job has been submitted as a workunit and I would be notified when results are available. A page with results never pops up after waiting and when I check on the status of my submitted jobs, I get the message saying that the workunit doesn't exist. Does anyone know how to get around this?
