I was looking for the rna seq data of covid19 patients at mild and severe level of different countries but i am unable to find it. If anyone has any knowledge regarding this please help me out.

There may be no or little COVID related patient data (RNAseq or otherwise) available in public repositories at this point. If you have already searched NCBI SRA then that may be it for now. Try sra-explorer (sra-explorer : find SRA and FastQ download URLs in a couple of clicks ) and see if you find anything.

Edit: It looks like there is some RNAseq data at EMBL-EBI COVID19 portal.

Hello genomax, Thankyou for the reply. But this isnt specifically the thing I am looking for . What i need is the fastq files of covid19 patients, listed from different countries.
