Pagetype post? It should be aQuestiontype post.There may be no or little COVID related patient data (RNAseq or otherwise) available in public repositories at this point. If you have already searched NCBI SRA then that may be it for now. Try
sra-explorer(sra-explorer : find SRA and FastQ download URLs in a couple of clicks ) and see if you find anything.Edit: It looks like there is some RNAseq data at EMBL-EBI COVID19 portal.
