Find Processing Date and Center for GDC RNA-Seq Data
Hi everyone,
I downloaded many TCGA and GTEX bulk RNA-Seq samples. On GDC, I was able to find lots of data about the patients. However, I'm trying to rule out a batch effect. So I'm trying to find: 1. the date that the RNA-Seq was performed and 2. the center at which RNA-Seq was performed. I think this is different than the Tissue Source Sites.
I also don't have access to the BAM files or FASTQ files, as I'm not part of an institution.
I think this should be located in one of the many, many fields of information on GDC. If anyone has any thoughts on this, it would be much appreciated!
