Cytoscape- color code for interaction network
Dear all!
I am a complete beginner in using Cytoscape v 3.7.1. I am uploading my own interaction network to the Cytoscape. It consists of three rows: Substrate, Receptor, Interaction_strength. When I upload my network to the Cytoscape, I would like to distinguish which proteins are from the Substrate column and which are from the Receptor column by colour coding them. I have problems with selecting the whole single column and finding the way to modify the colour.
I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Read the cytoscape manual, in particular the style section. Have also a look at this tutorial on data visualization with Cytoscape.
