MULTIVARIATE GWAS METHODS

Does anyone know of a multivariate GWAS methods or tools that uses Gwas summary statistic data as input. If yes, please provide the necessary information about the methods,a link can help.

Thanks for your response, I have seen a method that uses summary statistics an an input data but the variable it uses doses'nt correspond with the ones on my summary statistics datasets. Is there anybody who has used MTAR before to perform GWAS analysis on using statistics.

I don't know a method that does multivariate from summary statistics.

You can use GEMMA for multivariate GWAS from raw data.

You can use several methods like METASOFT to do a meta-analysis.
