Meta-analyzing DESeq2 output
Hello,
I was wondering what your thoughts were on meta-analyzing different datasets based on their test statistic or p-value from different DESeq2 outputs? Also, are there any differences with meta-analyzing between LRT and Wald output? I wasn't sure whether I should transform the test statistic first into some kind of Z-score first.
