Association study mtDNA
Hi everyone,
I have complete sequences from mitochondrial DNA (with ~ 400 SNPs) and various phenotypes from ~ 300 individuals. Now I want to look for associations. Is it possible to perform it using PLINK? Unfortunately I couldn't find any guide for it and my own testing was not succesfull.
