Toxicity genes in metagenome RNA-seq data

Hi All,

I have a metagenomic RNA-seq data and I want to check the toxicity gene expression. I want to know how to collect the DNA/RNA sequences and annotation to these toxicity genes?

Do you have a database for these toxicity genes? If so, protein or nucleotide? I think we need some more information....
