Is there a database of the mRNA expression profiling with the treatment of RNA interference or CRISPR/Cas9?
Hello everyone, now I want to study the potential funciton of several genes in silico. I want to know after knocking out/down these genes, how other genes expression changed. So, I am seraching for a database that contian the mRNA expression profiling (such as microarry or RNA-seq data) after treatment of RNA interference or CRISPR/Cas9 for those genes. I know GEO contains some studies after RNAi, but it is difficult to collect the dataset one by one. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
