Public data to investigate gene regulatory network
Hi All,
I want to find two datasets (discovery and validation) dataset to investigate the regulation network. The ideal dataset includes Gene expression-RNA-seq, DNA methylation, Histone modification data, miRNA data, TF-Chip-seq data. Is there any such kind of public data I can use?
Now I am thinking ENCODE dataset could be taken as a discovery dataset. Is there any similar project dataset that can be used for validation?

This seems incredibly broad. What do you mean by "regulation network"? There are likely very few (if any) datasets that have all of those assays for a given sample or cell type.
