Knowledge bases/DBs to interpret genes relationships

Hi!

I am looking for a KB or a DB which are curated from the literature and contains gene interactions/relations. I obtained highly correlated gene pairs from RNA-seq analysis and want to explain them using literature. Does anyone use something like that? Thanks
