Query regarding co-expressed and co-regulated genes
Hi, Analyzing RNA-seq data I have obtained co-expressing gene pairs. Further from ChIPBase, I found some genes have regulatory domain near TSS of their co-expressing partners. So can I consider these pairs as co-expressing and co-regulating gene pair? Will it be significant?
