How to work with Jmodeltest2 on XSEDE on Cipres
Hello I'm naive on phylogentic and bioinformatics, I hope someone can answer me how to work with jmodeltest on Cipres because I've tried in Jmodeltest.jar (the software) but it takes really a lot of time ( My fasta file is about 600 sequences). Thank you
