Raxml bootstrap support values

Hello everybody

I obtained a lot of output files by running raxml online through the cipres gateway.

I can manage displaying the trees in FigTree, but I need to make a tree with the bootstrap support values.Displaying the NodeLabels doesn't give the support values. I've read about command lines and stuff but since I had the analysis done on the server instead of on my own computer, I only have the output files to work with.

Hopefully somebody can help!

The bootstrap support values should be included in a *_bipartitions.* file and when you open that with FigTree it states that the nodes/branches of the tree are labelled..
