getting a job only with masters degree
Hello everyone. hope you're doing well. I know this question may have been asked before, but couldn't find a comprehensive answer to it. can I get a job only with a Masters in bioinformatics? I've coding skills and am working on my stat knowledge. and except bioinformatics software engineering, can I get a job as a research scientist only with a masters degree? thanks

It is not the degree that matters but your skills and your ability to demonstrate those.
As far as I know, people with Masters in Bioinformatics have no trouble getting good jobs.

I have a Master degree and I'm a bioinformatics engineer, so are you. I found a job quite easily so don't worry. There are plenty of research labs that need your skills :)
