combind plus strand pro-seq signal and minus strand pro-seq signal into strand-unspecif signal
Hello,
As you know, pro-seq signal is strand-specific. Now, I would like to explore pro-seq signal around TSS, but without strand-specific. What I should do? According to pro-seq pipeline, I have got two bigwig files (one for plus strand, one for minus strand.) Is there any method to combine these two strand-specifc signal into strand-unspecific signal?
