Power Analysis 10x - Minimum number cells per cluster
Hi!
I am analysing a 10x dataset of primary immune cells and found several promising clusters. I would like to compare the gene expression of these clusters however some contain only ~100 cells. I would like to know what are the general recommendations of the community regarding differential expression between clusters made of a few cells (<500, 10x Genomics):
- What are the recommendations regarding the minimum number of cells per cluster ?
- Is there a robust differential expression method designed to cope with small number of cells ?
- Is there any tool / method to estimate the minimum number of cells per cluster based on my dataset ?
