Can someone provide me with vcf files with X and Y chromosomes? (Human)
I want to run a simulation using vcf files. It needs to contain sex chr. I think sex chromosome variant calling is not straightforward. And publications usually put Bam or Fastq.
So I was wondering if someone could provide me with vcf files with X and Y chromosomes?
