GL000220.1 in Altai Neanderthal

I'm trying to get a neanderthal DNA sequence for parts of the unmapped region of hg19 called GL000220.1.

The main FTP site from Max Planck has only chromosomal and mitochondrial files:

http://cdna.eva.mpg.de/neandertal/altai/AltaiNeandertal/bam/

There is another site called "unmapped/qualfail" but I'm not certain how to use it...

http://cdna.eva.mpg.de/neandertal/altai/AltaiNeandertal/bam/unmapped_qualfail/

Does anyone know if this is possible?
