New to NGS data Analysis

Dear All, As a newcomer to the world of second GS. Any advices (websites, courses, steps) to learn data analysis from Scratch. I have NO background in this field. thanks

next-gen sequencing

You could at least be a bit more specific with regard to which protocol(s) you use. There are many NGS techniques

See this post A: Bioinformatics Training On Next-Generation Sequencing Data

Somewehere in the middle it describes some NGS-online course.

Unfortunately the link looks dead, but there are some others in the same post.

Or see this post: C: Links To Good Next Gen Sequence Analysis Training Courses And Centres

I found the one active link, see below.

https://www.ecseq.com/training.html

To learn more about NGS from 'Biostars' just go to LATEST and type 'NGS'

in the empty line in the middle of the page/

For a highly practical guide to a variety of different kinds of bioinformatics analysis, you could certainly do worse than the Biostar Handbook written by our very own Istvan Albert .
